Your Own Agentic AI

AI that works for you, not against you.

Workflows that do the work. Not chatbots that talk about it.

A client-owned workflow system configured around your business, not a chatbot, not a wrapper around someone else's API. We map how the work runs, find where AI earns its keep, and configure workflows around the tools you already use. You keep the system.

Two paths. One for established businesses. One for solo operators and small teams. Same practitioner quality.

Workflows that do the work. Not chatbots that talk about it.

Off-the-shelf AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, every vendor's "AI assistant") solve general problems well. They fail when the job is workflow-shaped. A workflow needs to remember the last step, check data against a source of truth, use the right tool, log what it did, and hand edge cases back without losing context.

A configured workflow runs that job end-to-end, around the tools you already use. Fewer prompts. Fewer handoffs. The work gets drafted while you're doing something else, then waits at an approval gate. The value is not a platform. It is the structure, context, rules, prompts, and approval gates that make the workflow useful, and you keep all of it.

That's how we run our own ops. That's what we configure for you.

What this looks like in practice

Each workflow does one job. Each one ends with a human approval gate: nothing sends, posts, or buys without you approving it.

Inbox triage and replies

A workflow that sorts your inbox, flags what matters, and drafts replies in your voice. You read the draft, edit if you want, and send. Nothing goes out on its own.

Calendar and scheduling

It reads the request, proposes times against your diary, and drafts the reply. You approve before anything is booked or sent.

Lead handling

Every enquiry lands in one list, gets enriched and scored, and a first-draft reply is written for your approval. You decide who gets a response and when.

Content from one asset

A workflow that turns one asset, a talk, a post, a page, into a week of posts in your voice. You review the set before any of it is published.

We run our own ops this way

We don't pitch what we haven't shipped. Our own workflows run Beyond Arc's daily ops: research, triage, drafting, monitoring. The pattern you'd be getting is the same pattern we trust with our own business. We pick the framework that fits the job; that's a delivery choice we make during scoping, not a product we pre-sell.

// INTERNAL PROOF

Our own internal workflows

Beyond Arc's own operating system: a set of role-based workflows handling briefings, research, validation, and operations, each with its own approval gate. Running every day. What we learn from running our own, you get in the workflows we configure for you.

See how we run it

// DELIVERY CHOICE

The framework that fits the job

The framework is an implementation detail, not the value. We pick the one that fits your workflow, your integrations, and where the system needs to run. What you keep is the structure, the rules, the prompts, and the approval gates, configured around the tools you already use.

We're also building this pattern for a service-business client, a tenant-facing ops system. Read the Smart Water case study for the honest version of where that's at.

Two tiers

Sized for where you are. Same engineering quality on either path.

Business Build

A client-owned workflow system configured around your business.

From £15,000

Setup

Advisory and maintenance optional, quoted on scope

Who it's for: Established businesses wanting AI workflows configured around real operations: email triage, research, client communications, data handoffs, reporting, scheduling.

Includes

  • Discovery and workflow design, built around how the work actually runs
  • Workflow configuration scoped to the jobs we agree
  • Integrations with the specific tools agreed during the build, no unbounded surface
  • Approval gates and an activity log so nothing acts without a human in the loop
  • Client-owned deployment in your own accounts by default
  • Documented handover. You own and keep the system
  • Optional ongoing advisory and maintenance, quoted on scope

Example use cases

  • Lead handling: every enquiry lands in one list, gets enriched and scored, with a first-draft reply for your approval
  • Inbox triage that sorts what matters and drafts replies in your voice
  • Calendar and scheduling that proposes times and holds the gate before anything is booked
  • A content workflow that turns one asset into a week of posts in your voice

Solo Build

A client-owned workflow, sized for solo operators and small teams.

From £500

Setup

Optional support, quoted on scope

Who it's for: Solo operators, consultants, and small teams (1 to 5 people) who want working AI workflows without enterprise scaffolding. Smaller scope, faster build, same practitioner quality.

Includes

  • Templated discovery: a tight structured call, not a month of workshops
  • A starter set of workflows (drafting, research, scheduling, inbox triage)
  • Integrations with the specific tools you agree during the build
  • Client-owned deployment in your own accounts by default
  • Handover plus a 30-day iteration window
  • Optional ongoing advisory and maintenance, quoted on scope

Example use cases

  • A research and drafting workflow for a consultant
  • Inbox, diary, and quote triage for a freelancer
  • A small-team knowledge base assistant
  • A content workflow that turns one asset into a week of posts in your voice

Prices shown are "from" floors for the typical project shape. Everything is quoted on scope: the final fee depends on integrations, any ongoing advisory and maintenance, and how much we're building, confirmed on our first call before any commitment.

How it works

01

Discovery

Real conversation about how your days actually run. Not a questionnaire.

02

Design

Workflows, tools, approval gates, data flow. Build spec signed off before we write code.

03

Build

We build it in the open. You see progress weekly. No six-week silence.

04

Deploy

Goes live in your own accounts by default. A managed Beyond Arc runtime only if you specifically want one.

05

Handover

Documented system. You own and keep it. Ongoing advisory and maintenance optional.

FAQ

How is this different from ChatGPT or an off-the-shelf tool?

We configure a workflow that runs your specific job end-to-end, around the tools you already use. Off-the-shelf tools need you to prompt them and move the output. A configured workflow pulls the data, drafts the work, logs what it did, and stops at an approval gate so you decide before anything sends.

Is the £15–25k range wide on purpose?

Yes. Scope varies more than most consultancies want to admit. A workflow with two integrations is not the same job as a wider system with several integrations and an approval layer. We quote at the low end unless the scope demands more, and we tell you the driver of the difference plainly.

Can Solo Build scale up to Business later?

Yes. Same approach. Solo Build uses a tighter set of workflows and a smaller integration surface. Scaling up means adding workflows and integrations, not a rebuild.

Do you take equity or subscription-only deals?

No. Flat-fee setup plus optional advisory and maintenance. We keep the commercial model simple so you own and keep the system outright.

What does the ongoing advisory and maintenance cover?

Integration changes, model upgrades, tuning, and ongoing reliability. It is optional and quoted on scope. Think of it as a practitioner on call where review and improvement earn their keep, not a support desk.

Who owns and runs the system?

You do. Production normally runs in your own accounts, and you keep the structure, rules, prompts, and approval gates that make it work. A managed Beyond Arc runtime is an option only if you specifically want one. We pick the framework that fits the job; that is a delivery choice, not a product we pre-sell.
