Find the bottleneck. Fix it.

We fix operational bottlenecks for UK businesses. Sometimes that's an AI agent. Sometimes it's a website. Sometimes it's a workforce review. We'll tell you which one you actually need.

Start with a Diagnostic.

One business area, one bottleneck, one written read on the first move worth making. Delivered as a scoping document you own. No multi-month strategy engagement, no slide deck. From £1,500.

From there the ladder is simple. If you already know what to build, a Business Build puts a real system into production, quoted on scope. If you want someone embedded for the long haul, the AI Retainer is a fractional AI lead, quoted on scope.

Workshops are quoted separately when scope requires them. They're a format billed on top of an engagement, not a tier.

Start with the problem. Not the tool.

Everyone's buying AI tools. Most aren't getting results. The technology is rarely the problem; the environment it sits on top of is.

"Automating an inefficient environment magnifies the inefficiency."

That's why we don't start with AI. We start with your current state: how your business actually runs, where the bottlenecks are, what's manual that shouldn't be. Then we design the system. AI is a tool that supports the overall delivery. Sometimes it's the right tool. Sometimes a well-designed workflow does the job better. Sometimes the answer is fewer handoffs or a different team shape.

We'll tell you which one you need. And we'll tell you if you don't need us at all.

Beyond Arc does not sell a platform for you to rent. We design and configure workflows around the tools your business already uses: the structure, context, rules, prompts, approval gates and connections that make them useful. Production systems normally run in your accounts. You own the workflow. We stay involved where maintenance, review and improvement earn their keep.

AI agents

We configure AI agents: systems that research, draft, triage, monitor, and handle defined tasks within the boundaries and approval gates you set.

Not chatbots. Not wrappers. Agents with memory, structure, and earned autonomy. Systems that understand context and make decisions inside clear limits. By default they are client-owned and client-operated, running in your accounts, not bespoke software we run for you.

We run our own ops on an agent called Archie, and we configure agents for clients on the framework that fits the job: sometimes OpenClaw, sometimes NemoClaw, sometimes NanoClaw, sometimes something else entirely. Framework is a delivery choice, not a product pitch.

Sectors we've built for: Facilities management, window cleaning & field services, events, software providers.

Automation & workflow systems

Connect your tools, eliminate manual processes, build systems that close the loop from first contact to final payment.

CRM automation, email workflows, data pipelines, reporting systems, payment management, client scheduling. We only automate work that is already being done manually and repeatedly, where the shape of the work is stable, and where the cost of getting it wrong is low or the human check is cheap.

If a step fails those tests, we do it by hand until the real shape shows itself. Automating an inefficient environment magnifies the inefficiency.

And sometimes the answer is not a new build at all. It is getting more out of the systems, and the AI providers, you already pay for, used properly. We will tell you when that is the cheaper, better move.

Field services: 350+ customers

Built the full operational loop: new client acquisition, automated reminders on contact, payment system management, workload scheduling across crews, and closing the loop on getting paid. Front-end through to back-office.

Events operations

The same operational loop fits an events business: client acquisition, audience and lead handling, scheduling, and delivery management, end to end. Configured around the tools the business already uses.

Websites. Workforce review. SEO.

Because sometimes the answer isn't an agent.

Website builds. Practitioner-built, fast, editable, owned. When what you need is a proper front door, not another SaaS subscription. For UK tradespeople we run this separately as Straight Sites: different buyer, productised.

Workforce review. Sometimes the bottleneck is the shape of the team. Fewer handoffs, better roles, clearer accountability. We'll say so when that's what matters.

SEO + visibility. Schema, structured data, the boring plumbing that makes the site show up. Built for durability, not spikes.

How we work

01

We understand your business.

A brief understanding of what you actually do and a conversation with you and your business around what is slowing you down and where you think AI might help you.

02

We tell you what's actually worth doing.

A full comprehensive diagnostic and/or working session where you get a clear output of recommendations and ideas you can either look to implement yourself, or move to the next stage and work with us to do it.

03

We build it.

Deliver the outputs from the diagnostic and help you implement AI systems, automation systems, websites, or workforce changes. We can do one of them or all of them, whatever you agree to.

04

We stay involved if the work earns it.

An ongoing retainer to support and maintain your systems, and implement changes efficiently, effectively, and appropriately.

Pricing

Three tiers. The Diagnostic carries a published floor; the build and retainer are quoted on scope, because size drives the fee.

  • Diagnostic · from £1,500 · written scoping doc you own
  • Business Build · quoted on scope · one working system, shipped
  • AI Retainer · quoted on scope · advisory and maintenance after handover, monthly rolling where that fits

Workshops are quoted separately when scope requires them.

Tell us where the admin drag lives.

We'll tell you honestly whether it's an AI job, a workflow job, a website job, or nothing we should be involved in.
